Having worked with first time homebuyers for over 10 years in education and credit counseling, it was a natural move to become a REALTOR and help them find their first home.  I am very familiar with all of the programs that offer down payment and closing cost assistance and love sharing this knowledge with my customers!   What I love most, is seeing their face when they get to hold their keys for the very first time.
